Absolutely - our website does not have our full line of available products listed yet. You can come by the showroom and view them, or call us at 360-852-5359 to ask about specific ones.
You may surprised at the specialty mountain riding parts and upgrade we offer, and you can get them shipped to you at a reasonable price.
What is Your Service Warranty?
Our warranty process is based on simply building trust with our many customers who continually come back again again and want a straight forward, positive experience!
Our customers trust that we do everything in our power to produce a truly legit repair every time.
We also understand these are high-performance, high-level machines that can and will break down and have problems again, therefore if a issue arises, we go through the issue and find out WHY it happened and how it can be prevented, taking responsibility on anything that we should have done differently in the first place.
Although our record is excellent, we will always make an effort to back it up with straight-forward communication and solutions that get your machine running, and you feeling taken care of.
So far this has proven to be the best win, win style of warranty for our customers and Goats!!

Anything that rides on dirt or snow such as Dirtbikes, Snowmobiles, Snowbikes, Atvs & Side x Sides!
How much will my repair or diagnostics cost?
Goats typical diagnostics starts at $150 and that will be enough for the majority of mechanical issues,
Electrical issues can easily exceed our standard diagnostics cost which will be discussed with you to determine if you'd like to move forward.
Before going over the allotted diagnostics time, Goats will contact customer with a video of what the issue is, options, prices and recommendations of what we would do if this was our machine.
If more time is needed to determine the issues, Goats and the customer will come up with a good plan on how much is a good
idea to spend on diagnostics vs trying the first best part that makes most sense.
Depending on the scenario this can have several options that Goats and the customer can decide on. Before doing any repairs, Goats sends a video of our thoughts and what we see, along with an estimate for work required with parts and labor options.
We also have zero issues on customers doing their own work and can supply parts or help out in whatever the customer prefers!
Does GOATS do full rebuilds?
Goats definitely does full rebuilds from bottom up. We partner with several highly reputable companies for work beyond our shop, as we do not have tooling for specialty items like cylinder coatings ect..we will deal with the shipping and receiving of this work to make your rebuild go smoothly and at a high standard of quality.
